    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
        1. Please type in all "required" information requested on all forms.
        NOTE: All communication the Fair will have with you will be through e-mail. You must therefore type in a working e-mail address for both yourself and also your teacher. Incorrect e-mail addresses may eliminate your chances of participation in the Fair.
        2. Complete an Abstract Form by typing in all of the information requested and saving the form as a file on your desktop.
        3. Send the saved "Abstract Form" file as an attachment to an e-mail to Ms. Connor.
        4. Complete the Project Registration Form by typing in all of the requested information.
        5. Once you have completed the registration form, click the SUBMIT button which will submit your form.Make sure your information is accurate!
        NOTE: Once you submit your form you cannnot make any changes.
        6. Print a copy for your records
        7. Go to the link provided and complete forms 1, 1A, 1B, and 3.
        8. Save these forms as files on your desktop.
        9. Print a copy of these forms for your records.
        10. Place your copies of all of the forms in a folder marked "Science Fair Forms."
        11. You will need to bring this folder (with all of your forms) to the Fair at the time of "check-in". (This folder will be turned in at the time of check-in and will allow the District's SRC Committee to answer any concerns that they may have with your project.)
        12. When you check in at the Mall you will sign your Certified Copy of your Abstract and place it on your board.
